Production Meeting Reflection one

Today was the first group meeting we had about the production its self. We spoke about what the group liked about our own idea. The group liked my idea but the logo could have been more clear on to what the show is based on. The show name was MUSE-ology the group also liked the game show i had though of as it had childhood games such as truth or dear linked to it.

The idea we had chosen to pick was Jada's. The name of the show is call "The Beat" we also decided to pick Jada's idea because it was well though about and the running order made the most sense. I voted for Jada's idea because it was the idea that i liked the most but of course there would be some part that would not stand out to a male audience.

The first aspect i liked about Jada's idea was she started the show of with something fun and something the audience would laugh about also there is audience participation with the "who the hell tweeted that". However apart from Jada's idea i also liked Prinals idea. With Prinals idea the part that stood out to me was what i though was his unique selling point the 30 seconds introduction of the set being built i feel as if we could have done that as it would be a pre recorded clip but i think that people also though that it couldn't be done within 30 seconds. Another aspect i liked about Jada's pitch was the logo i thing that her logo would stand out to the crowd and attract other target audience's not just between 14 and 20 years of age i also thing that the logo is easy to adapt on because it simple but gets the point across. The colour scheme in the logo was good because the white contrast with the black text and the blue paint splatters

other aspects that i think would do well in the actual show its self was Taylor's idea of a Q and A question and answers provided by the audience. I liked this idea because not a lot of shows just have interviews like Alan Carr chatty man hardly has any audience participation so i think having he Q and A would be a good idea to get the audience involved.
